Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fresher in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and conferences.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure.
Basic knowledge of hospitality software and systems is preferred.
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations is essential.
Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the role.
