Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales Executive , you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by understanding customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and providing solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for technology-driven HR solutions. Key Responsibilities: For this role, the company is seeking only the female candidates, Primary work is to showcase the Product. THIS JOB DOESNOT HAVE TARGETS.,YET CANDIDATES MUST BE PREPARED TO GIVE ATLEAST THREE OR MORE DEMOS A DAY. You will be trained to showcase the HRMS Product(Demo) in less than two months. Conduct engaging and customized product demos for prospective clients, showcasing how the HCM software addresses their HR challenges. Work closely with potential customers to understand their business needs and suggest appropriate product features. Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and business cases for prospective clients. Build strong relationships with prospects by addressing their queries, handling objections, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales experience. Why Join Us?
