Below is the job description of the position for your reference: Work Location: Sec 63, Noida, UP Work Timings: Either 06:30 PM - 03:30 AM IST OR 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM (Depends on the team selections) (Monday to Friday - Fixed Sat-Sun-Off) #Mandatory In-person interview About the Role: The Pharma Recruiter is a key position, with the primary goal of providing Recruiting support for our various client locations across the US. What will you be doing day-to-day? Source candidates from job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), and internal databases for clinical and pharma positions in the US market. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Stay up-to-date with current US clinical/pharma market trends and job demands. Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and recruitment activities. Job Requirements : Must be willing to work night shifts. Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. Comfortable working night shifts to align with US time zones. Education Background: Bachelors or Master's degree in Pharma/BioTech/Medical Sciences or related field.
