Fresher engineer

As a Structural Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Perform structural analysis using STAAD.Pro and conduct finite element analysis (FEA) with ANSYS Workbench for structural components and assemblies. - Assist in developing and optimizing new products, especially those related to loadbearing structures. - Generate and review design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including fabrication, project management, and quality to meet project requirements. - Evaluate design performance against applicable codes and standards such as IS, Eurocode, and ASCE. - Participate in design reviews, provide recommendations for design improvement, and support testing and validation activities. - Maintain project documentation and design history files as per QMS requirements. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (master's preferred). - 2-3 years of experience in structural design and FEA, freshers with enthusiasm may also apply. - Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and ANSYS Workbench, familiarity with CAD/CAE tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor is an added advantage. - Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, structural mechanics, and material behavior. - Knowledge of national and international design codes and standards. - Good written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
