Who Can Apply:

• MBA Freshers (Marketing / HR & Marketing / Finance & Marketing)
• B.Tech (Computer Science), MCA, BCA Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Interest in business software, tech solutions & consultative sales
• Basic knowledge of business functions like HR, Finance, or CRM is a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven individuals

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the business needs of clients and pitch suitable ERP modules (e.g., HRMS, CRM, Accounting).
• Deliver impactful product presentations and live demos to decision-makers (HR Heads, Finance Managers, Directors, etc.).
• Proactively generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and on-field visits.
• Drive regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, support) to ensure a smooth solution delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare timely sales reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive upselling and renewals.
