Elizabeth International, a sister company of ours, was founded in the late year of 2001. It specializes in IELTS, OET, German, CBT, and TOEFL preparation, and has the infrastructure to prepare 600 students at once and add around 50 new ones each month. Our branch offices in Cochin and Kottayam, Kerala, together with our home office in Cambridge, United Kingdom, allow us to communicate with clients and applicants around-the-clock. Position Overview As a French Tutor at Elizabeth International UK, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive online lessons to students of varying proficiency levels. The role requires a strong command of the French language, a flexible and student-centered teaching style, and a professional online presence. Key Responsibilities Conduct live online French lessons (one-on-one or small group formats). Customize teaching materials and lesson plans to meet individual student needs. Track student progress and provide regular feedback. Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all scheduled sessions. Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum enhancement and student success. Requirements Fluency in French (C1 or above) and strong command of English. Previous teaching or tutoring experience (online or in-person). A degree in French, Education, Languages, or related field preferred. Certification in French language instruction (e.g., DELF/DALF, DAEFLE, TCF) is an advantage. Reliable internet connection and access to a computer with a webcam and microphone. Excellent communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to teach learners from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching students for French proficiency exams (DELF, DALF, GCSE, A-levels, etc.). Familiarity with digital teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Availability to teach in flexible time slots, including evenings and weekends.
