Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings. Desired Candidate Profile B2 level proficiency in French language (written & spoken). Minimum 1-6 years of experience in international voice process or similar industry. Strong understanding of Linguistics principles applied to Foreign Language Support services. Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
