French Instructor

As a French Instructor at Aerodynamiks Academy, your role will involve planning, preparing, and delivering engaging French language lessons for A1 and A2 level learners. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing lesson plans aligned with the CEFR standards. - Assessing students" progress through regular tests, assignments, and interactive exercises. - Using modern teaching tools such as audio, video, and digital resources to enhance learning. - Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment to encourage participation and communication. - Conducting practice sessions for speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. - Maintaining student records, attendance, and performance reports. - Providing feedback and support to help learners achieve their language goals. - Staying updated with new teaching methodologies and DELF exam formats. - Participating in teacher meetings, training workshops, and cultural events organized by the institution. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in French, Education, or a related field. - DELF A2 or B1 certification (minimum) with higher levels preferred. - 2 years of teaching experience in French at A1 & A2 levels. - Excellent command of both spoken and written French and English. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with CEFR standards and DELF exam structure. - Proficiency with online teaching tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, Quizlet, etc. is a plus.
