Job Description

Generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls to potential clients, including individuals and businesses. Assess clients financial needs and objectives, and recommend appropriate lending products and services. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all lending products, services, and underwriting guidelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service during the application process, disbursals and repayment journeys. Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager and other team members to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, as set by the Inside Sales Manager. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, relationship management, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services or lending industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus. Familiarity with lending products and services is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
