Job Description

Job Title: Freight Executive
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Location: Chennai

Job Description:

Coordinate end-to-end freight operations for import/export via sea, air, and road.
Prepare and manage shipping documents such as BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.
Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery while avoiding delays, detention, and demurrage.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and logistics partners to optimize costs.
Liaise with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and internal teams for smooth cargo movement.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate shipment records and provide regular MIS updates to management.
Handle issues/escallations and provide excellent communication to customers and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
