Job Title: Freight Broker US International Voice Process

Location: A Block, Sector 62, Noida Shift Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM (Night Shift) Salary: ₹20,000 ₹30,000 (Commensurate with experience and previous salary) Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off) Transportation: Both side cab facility provided by the company Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Freight Broker with experience in the US international voice process to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing freight shipments, coordinating with shippers and carriers, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining excellent communication and negotiation with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and manage freight shipments within the US market by communicating with shippers and carriers.

· Negotiate freight rates and secure carrier capacity through effective outbound calls.

· Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.

· Maintain accurate records and update transportation management systems.

· Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and carriers.

· Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Minimum 06 months of experience in a US or international voice process.

· Experience or knowledge in freight brokerage or logistics is preferred.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

· Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.

· Familiarity with US geography and logistics terminology is an added advantage.
