Freight broker

Technonext Technologies is a logistics company committed to delivering efficient, reliable freight solutions for clients across the nation. We’re expanding our team and seeking experienced, motivated Freight Brokers to help us continue providing exceptional service. They will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating rates, coordinating shipment details, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and carriers. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, onboard, and manage new shipper and carrier relationships
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers while maximizing profit margins
• Schedule, track, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery
• Communicate shipment updates and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, load details, and billing
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term partnerships
• Stay current on market trends and spot rates.

Qualifications

✔ Required:

• Min 6 months experience as a Freight Broker.
• Strong understanding of trucking, transportation, and freight markets
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with TMS software (e.g., DAT, Truckstop, Ascend, McLeod)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized

Preferred Skills:

• Possesses an active book of business (major advantage)
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in freight brokering or logistics operations
• Strong understanding of carrier safety protocols and industry compliancestandards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
