We are looking for a skilled and motivated Freight Broker who has hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and able to manage both shipper and carrier relationships efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients✔ Negotiate rates with customers to secure profitable deals✔ Generate new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking✔ Maintain accurate records of bookings, pricing, and client interactions✔ Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs✔ Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication across all channels✔ Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development (Logistics, US Construction Industry or Freight industry preferred)
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills✔ Ability to build and maintain client relationships✔ Knowledge of freight markets, carriers, and transportation processes (added advantage)✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment✔ Problem-solving and decision-making skills✔ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and call-handling
