What You’ll Do

• Prospect and secure

  new shippers

  using Google Maps, Apollo, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Cold call, email, and network

  to build strong relationships with shippers and carriers.

• Negotiate rates and contracts

  to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.

• Manage daily freight operations

  — from pickup to delivery — ensuring smooth execution and communication.
• Build and maintain a

  reliable carrier network

  for consistent service quality.
• Update all shipment details and documents in company systems.
• Track your

  KPI performance

  and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
• Work with

  DAT, TMS, and CRM

  platforms for quoting, tracking, and client management.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of freight brokerage or transportation sales experience

  (North American lanes preferred).
• A proven record of

  closing freight deals

  and managing shipper relationships.
• Strong

  negotiation, communication, and multitasking

  skills.
• Proficiency in

  CRM, DAT, and TMS

  systems.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
