Negotiate rates with carriers and customers to maximize profitability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both shippers and carriers. Track freight shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues as they arise. Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipping documents, and communications. Monitor market trends and pricing to stay competitive.
