Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelance Soft Skills Trainer to conduct offline, classroom-based sessions for our trainees, helping them develop communication, presentation, and workplace etiquette.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging offline sessions on soft skills (communication, teamwork, interview prep, email etiquette).
• Create and adapt training content, role plays, and activities.
• Assess trainees’ performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Encourage confidence-building and professional behavior among students.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or corporate facilitation preferred.
• Ability to engage and motivate students through interactive methods.

Work Schedule

• Primary: Saturday & Sunday (Mandatory)
• Weekdays: Availability on weekdays will be considered a plus.
• Mode: Offline (at our Vikhroli, Mumbai campus)
