We make cinematic, investigative, share-worthy videos that feel like a punch in the face and a pat on the back, at the same time. Think: P recision , energy , soul , and clarity, but filtered through our lens of modern rebellion . 🎯 The Mission We’re looking for a scriptwriter who can think like a strategist, write like a filmmaker, and stir emotion like a poet. You’ll help us craft 4 high-retention YouTube scripts per month, built for both depth and virality . You won’t just be writing. You’ll be building cultural commentary for Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences who crave clarity in a world of noise. ✍️ What You’ll Write Long-form YouTube scripts (10 min) with strong intros, chapter hooks, emotional beats, and sharp transitions Occasionally, cut-down versions for Shorts/Reels or community posts Copy that’s emotionally engaging, deeply researched, visually oriented, and made for performance (CTR + retention optimized) 🔥 You, Ideally You write like a human, not a content robot — your work feels alive You have a clear understanding of YouTube formats, hooks, retention techniques, and writing for pacing You can write smart , emotionally resonant content on topics like: Career and identity Financial myths and systems AI and modern work Escape plans, burnout, reinvention You understand storytelling through data, narrative, and structure ✅ Requirements A portfolio with 10–15 long-form scripts or essays (YouTube, newsletters, or published content) Ability to match or enhance our voice, warm, sharp, controversial, human Strong command of tone can shift between cinematic, edgy, and empathetic Familiarity with the style of content we are writing Able to deliver 1 polished script/week + 2 scripts for reels with minimal handholding Linkedin Posts (Carousel) + newsletters 💥 Why Join?
