Freelance Video Editor

Terrace Garden India is a creative and eco-conscious organization focused on promoting sustainable living through terrace gardening, home-grown plants, and organic lifestyle solutions. We’re expanding our digital presence and are looking for a talented Video Editor / Reels & Shorts Creator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and produce engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) for social media.
• Work with the marketing and creative team to conceptualize video ideas aligned with brand themes.
• Edit raw footage, add effects, transitions, text overlays, background music, and color corrections.
• Maintain consistent brand tone and style across all video content.
• Optimize videos for social media engagement (aspect ratio, captions, hashtags, etc.).
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and viral content strategies.
• Occasionally assist in shooting videos (if working on-site).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, especially for Reels, Shorts, or social media content.
• Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creativity and understanding of social media trends, particularly Instagram and YouTube.
• (Preferred) Experience with gardening, lifestyle, or eco-friendly brands.
