We’re on a mission to power the next wave of digital startups globally – and we’re looking for skilled Java Developers to join our team remotely.

What You’ll Do:

1) Build and maintain backend systems and APIs using Java and related frameworks.

2) Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-performance, scalable features.

3) Design, develop, and optimize microservices architectures and distributed systems.

4) Integrate with third-party APIs, cloud services, and AI/ML systems.

5) Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with unit and integration tests.

6) Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and CI/CD workflows.

7) Take full ownership of features from development to deployment and monitoring.

Tech Stack We Use:

(You don’t need to know all, but familiarity is a big plus)

1) Languages & Frameworks: Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate), Kotlin, Groovy

2) Frontend Collaboration: React.js, TypeScript (basic knowledge is a plus)

3) Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis

4) DevOps & Infra: Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, GCP, Vercel

5) Other Tools: Kafka, RabbitMQ, REST/GraphQL APIs, Firebase, Webhooks

6) AI Integration: OpenAI APIs, LangChain, custom ML model APIs

What We’re Looking For:

1) 2+ years of hands-on experience with Java development (preferably Spring Boot).

2) Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems.

3) Experience with databases, caching, and background job queues.

4) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).

5) Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

6) Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

7) A self-starter who thrives in remote and startup environments.

Nice to Have:

1) Experience working with AI or automation projects.

2) Familiarity with Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (Docker/K8s).

3) Exposure to GraphQL APIs or event-driven architectures.

4) Prior experience in early-stage startups or remote teams.
