You’ll Be Responsible For: 🔹 Identifying and engaging top talent for non-IT roles (mid to senior levels). 🔹 Using Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source candidates. 🔹 Ensuring a smooth hiring process with quick turnaround times. 🔹 Maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Ideal Candidate Has: ✔ 3+ years of non-IT recruitment experience (agency or corporate). ✔ Own Naukri recruiter account (consultant/corporate login). ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ✔ Self-driven with a performance-based mindset .
