🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Data, Cloud & Engineering roles in India.
• Understand client requirements, job briefs, timelines and skill-fit expectations.
• Source, screen & shortlist qualified profiles through digital hiring channels.
• Conduct preliminary skill-fit discussions before submitting candidate CVs.
• Handle interview coordination, offer alignment and negotiation where required.
• Maintain trackers, databases, regular reporting and pipeline visibility.
• Deliver within timelines to maximise closures and payouts.

🏆 Required Experience & Skills

• 2–6+ years

  experience in

  IT & Technology recruitment in India

  .
• Proven closures across roles such as Developers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Cybersecurity, Architects, Product/BA/PM & more.
• Strong sourcing skills – LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, Telegram groups, referrals & proactive headhunting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management ability.
• Self-driven, target-focused & independent working mindset.

🌟 Preferred Experience

• Prior work on

  commission-only / fee-share

  recruitment projects.
• Strong networks in

  Cloud, Data, Security, and Advanced Engineering domains

  .
• Experience working with consulting firms / tech services companies.

💰 Compensation Structure (No Fixed Salary)

• Fee-Share based earnings per hire

• Higher percentages for niche skills or senior roles
• Repeat client hiring = bonus top-ups
