Freelance Photo & Videographer

Role Overview As a skilled freelance photographer/videographer based in Kochi, your role will involve capturing high-quality photos and videos of the masterclass sessions, networking interactions, and overall event experience at the Intelligent Agent Masterclass. This premier 2-day hands-on bootcamp, hosted in partnership with Google, is designed for founders, product leaders, and AI builders to explore and develop real-world AI Agent applications. Key Responsibilities - Capture candid and posed event photographs of attendees, speakers, and group activities. - Record high-quality video clips of keynote talks, panel discussions, workshops, and participant interactions. - Deliver the complete set of photos and videos, including both raw and edited files, within 3 working days after the event. - Coordinate with the event team on key moments to capture. - Bring high-quality camera, lenses, and basic lighting/audio equipment. Qualifications Required - Based in Kochi with availability on 6th & 7th of Nov 2025. - Proven experience in event photography/videography (portfolio required). - Ability to work independently and blend into a professional event environment. - Punctual, detail-oriented, and responsive. - Must own professional-grade gear for both photo and video. - Must have an assistant to support.
