We’re looking for a results-driven Freelance Marketing Specialist to drive business growth at BBAPL by executing effective online marketing campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and managing lead nurturing until conversion. Responsibilities Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns including email marketing and social media outreach. Identify, generate, and qualify leads using online platforms and networking. Personally follow up with leads via email, phone, or messaging to nurture interest and close opportunities. Maintain organized tracking of leads and communications (via spreadsheets or simple tools). Collaborate closely with the sales team to align efforts and convert leads into clients. Analyze campaign results and adapt strategies to maximize business growth. Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation. Excellent communication, persistence, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently. Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media platforms.
