Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services in

  Python

  for cloud-based applications.
• Integrate with

  Amazon Connect

  , including:
• Contact flows and attributes
• AWS Lambda integrations
• (Preferred) Amazon Lex integrations
• Real-time and historical metrics extraction
• Build and manage

  AWS Lambda

  ,

  API Gateway

  ,

  Step Functions

  ,

  DynamoDB

  , and related services.
• Collaborate with DevOps/infrastructure teams to ensure secure and scalable deployments.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver working solutions.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize backend performance and

  AWS Connect call flows

  .
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong professional experience with

  Python development

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  Amazon Connect

  , including contact flows, Lambda integrations, and metrics.
• Proficiency in

  AWS services

  : Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, S3, IAM.
• Familiarity with

  REST APIs

  and

  microservices architecture

  .
• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  (CodePipeline, Jenkins, Git).
• Solid understanding of

  cloud security best practices

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certification

  (Developer Associate / Solutions Architect Associate or higher).
• Experience with

  voice-based/contact center platforms

• Knowledge of logging & monitoring tools (

  CloudWatch, ELK stack, etc.

  ).
