Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Freelance Trainers based in Chennai. Trainers will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training sessions tailored to various industries and management domains. Key responsibilities include developing customized training content, conducting in-person and virtual training programs, providing expertise in leadership development and employee engagement, and evaluating training outcomes for effectiveness and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Learning & Development, Training Design, and Facilitation (both in-person and virtual)
• Proficiency in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Performance Management
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Capability to conduct needs assessments and create tailored training solutions
• Proven ability to foster employee engagement and support culture transformation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Certification in instructional design, coaching, or relevant methodologies is a plus
