Job description Freelance HR Consultant /Talent Acquisition Associate Job Location - REMOTE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing end to end activities from sourcing to on-boarding of candidates. - Managing sourcing for suitable candidates as per job requirements and critical attributes as required for the role and ensuring delivery of quality resumes within specified turnaround time. - Sourcing for quality resumes and conduct initial HR round, judge suitability of the candidates with reference to work culture & environment, salary expectations - Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization - Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers. - End to End Recruitment - Lateral Hiring - Client Co-ordination - Manage entire hiring lifecycle including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, scheduling, tracking, onboarding, etc. - Maintaining all portals like naukri.com, indeed, LinkedIn, Monster etc. - Role - 100% Recruitment & Client Co-ordination Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience in Hiring across IT and Non-IT functions - Sales, Operations, Corporate Functions - Experience in hunting from Internet Product Organizations will be an add-on. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: -2 - 8 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff. - Bachelor or MBA/MCA - Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience. - Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes. -Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources - Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research. Preference will be given to female candidates.
