Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online research.Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Present and promote company services/products to clients through virtual meetings, calls, and proposals.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback. Key Requirements:Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online networking platforms.
