Fraud Surveillance

As a Fraud Analyst, your role involves monitoring and analyzing transactions using specialized software and data analysis tools to identify suspicious patterns and inconsistencies in real-time account activity. You will be responsible for investigating flagged transactions and suspicious activities, which may require reaching out to customers for verification purposes. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing fraud detection strategies, rules, and systems to minimize risk exposure. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze transactions using specialized software and data analysis tools - Investigate flagged transactions and suspicious activities, including contacting customers for verification - Develop and implement fraud detection strategies, rules, and systems - Collaborate with internal teams such as Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, and IT to investigate fraud cases and share information - Prepare comprehensive reports on fraud findings, trends, and patterns for management and regulatory purposes - Support regulatory efforts such as AML and KYC, and assist in developing fraud prevention policies and procedures - Stay current with the latest fraud schemes, emerging tactics, and industry trends Qualifications Required: - Age limit: 20 to 27 - Experience in fraud analysis or related field is a plus - Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software - Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams - Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as AML and KYC The company offers full-time, permanent positions for fresher candidates with benefits including Provident Fund.
