Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Fraud Analyst. The Fraud Analyst will be responsible for monitoring transactions, analyzing patterns for potential fraudulent activities, investigating cases, and handling fraud alerts. The role includes collaborating with internal teams, utilizing advanced fraud prevention tools, and creating reports on findings to support decision-making and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis, fraud detection techniques, and pattern recognition
• Knowledge of fraud prevention tools and systems; experience with digital identity and transaction monitoring software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and effectively communicate findings
• Experience with risk management and chargeback handling is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Familiarity with financial services, payment systems, or online security is an advantage
