Role & responsibilities

Involve
end-to-end development
of our Procurement Platform using the
Frappe Framework
.
Provide
technical leadership
and mentorship to a team of
46 developers
, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Design and implement scalable backend systems using
Python
, and build responsive, intuitive frontends with
JavaScript
.
Oversee
code reviews
, ensure high-quality releases, and maintain coding standards across the team.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with other internal/external systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the development process, automation, and system scalability.
Stay updated on Frappe updates and emerging technologies relevant to procurement and supply chain automation.
