Mind Mentorz is looking for Franchising Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Franchisee Support: Provide guidance, support, and training to franchisees, assisting them in implementing and maintaining brand standards, operational procedures, and marketing strategies Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of individual franchise locations, analyze financial reports, and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure profitability and compliance with set targets Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, acting as a liaison between them and the corporate office, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication Expansion and Development: Identify potential areas for new franchise locations, assess market opportunities, and facilitate the expansion of the franchise network Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to brand standards, operational guidelines, and legal requirements across all franchise locations Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive customer engagement Problem-solving: Address challenges or conflicts that arise among franchisees, resolve disputes, and provide solutions to improve overall franchise performance
