1 To conduct product training franchisees as per training calendar.
2 To ensure training reports are sent to Reporting Manager after every training session.
3 To conduct periodic training need analysis and knowledge checks to understand gaps.
4 To prepare competition analysis and market visit report and submit it to Reporting Manager on monthly basis.
5 To maintain accurate personal training records and statistics:
CERTIFICATIONS ( IF ANY) Train the trainer/Facilitation skills
EXPERIENCE - At least 2 years of experience as a product trainer/technical trainer
