Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager located in Pune. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring new franchisees, developing and implementing business plans, overseeing franchise operations, and conducting training for franchisees. The role also includes managing and supporting existing franchises to ensure they meet company standards and are successful in their operations.
