high-return investment. You will act as the bridge between investors and the business,

ensuring mutual alignment and long-term partnership success.

Key Responsibilities:

 Investor Sourcing & Prospecting:

o Identify and connect with potential investors interested in franchise

opportunities, leveraging personal networks, referrals, and industry events.

o Build and maintain a robust investor pipeline for targeted regions.

 Pitching & Negotiation:

o Develop compelling investor pitches that clearly communicate the business

model, ROI potential, and competitive advantages.

o Conduct one-on-one meetings, webinars, and presentations to engage and

convince potential partners.

o Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with company

policies.

 Market & Business Understanding:

o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory aspects

of franchising.

o Advise investors on location selection, market feasibility, and business

projections.

 Relationship Management:

o Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise

partners.

o Ensure smooth on boarding, training, and support for new investors post-

agreement.
