Role Overview

As our Franchise Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind identifying, evaluating, and closing franchise opportunities. You will work closely with investors, internal teams, and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success of every partner.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in business development, sales strategies, and market expansion
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and client management abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills for identifying market trends and creating data-driven strategies
  • Project management capabilities and goal-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in the food and hospitality industry will be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Motivation to work in a values-driven organization with a strong emphasis on quality and integrity


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage franchise lead pipeline & close deals
  • Conduct investor meetings, financial discussions & negotiations
  • Finalize territories & coordinate with Operations
  • Lead and guide Junior BD Executives
  • Oversee all documentation: LOIs, agreements, onboarding
  • Maintain CRM, MIS & sales dashboards

    F&B/QSR franchise models

  • Proficiency in

    CRM, Excel & MIS

  • Excellent communication & leadership abilities

    quality, integrity & disciplined hospitality
