Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development professional located in Tamil Nadu, India. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential franchise opportunities, managing end-to-end franchise sales processes, liaising with prospective franchisees, and assisting them through onboarding . The role also involves conducting market research, developing business strategies, and supporting the ongoing success of franchise operations while building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Sales and a comprehensive understanding of the franchising process
• Strong background in Business strategy and operations
• Getting new franchisees and supporting their development
• Proven Sales expertise with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and maintain relationships with franchise partners
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for fostering growth
• Experience in the education or innovation sector is an added advantage
