Franchise Development - Interior Design

As a potential candidate for the position of Partnership Manager, your role will involve identifying and evaluating potential strategic partners, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, negotiating partnership agreements and contracts, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring partnership performance, implementing strategies to maximize partnership value, identifying new partnership opportunities, managing the partnership lifecycle, ensuring compliance with agreements, providing regular updates to senior management, delivering presentations to potential partners, coordinating final agreements with legal and finance teams, conducting market research, managing partnership budgets, representing the company at industry events, working on co-marketing initiatives, and resolving any issues with partners. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree or Masters in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in partnership management or business development. You should have a proven track record of successful partnership development, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, strategic thinking capabilities, experience working with cross-functional teams, analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, willingness to travel, organizational and time management skills, professionalism and integrity, experience with contract negotiation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and experience with market research and analysis.
