Franchise Business Coach (Operations)

As a Franchise Operations Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in building partnerships and driving operational excellence across our franchise network. Your responsibilities will include: - Being a key point of contact for the Operations team & market franchise leadership - Building partnerships with HR head, Delivery head, Training Head, LSM lead & NSO lead to identify areas for improvement and growth in existing restaurants and new stores - Working with franchise leaders on various initiatives with agreed timelines, through a documented follow up roadmap - Building Fz capability towards opening great new restaurants and maintaining brand standards - Conducting monthly people plan analysis by market to improve people capability and planning on NSOs - Creating and elevating data-led insights and reporting to deliver against appropriate measures - Ensuring a one system approach in delivering great customer experience - Spending time in the field with franchise partners to ensure operational knowledge is current - Providing updates for relevant meetings and keeping up to date with franchisee situations that may impact NSO performance We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: - 7 or more years of relevant work experience - Deep level of operational and people & culture knowledge - Experience of opening successful New Restaurants - Project Management experience - QSR/Retail operational experience and commercial acumen - Ability to influence senior leaders both internally and externally - Analytical thinker capable of understanding root cause analysis - Outstanding action driving ability and attention to detail in managing processes,
