FPGA Design Engineer

As an FPGA Digital Engineer at Sq.M Technologies in Pune, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and verifying digital circuits for AI Accelerator applications using FPGAs such as Xilinx and Intel. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and verifying digital circuits for AI Accelerator applications - Developing and optimizing AI algorithms for FPGA implementation - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI Accelerator architectures - Working with HDLs (e.g., VHDL, Verilog) and HLS tools (e.g., Vivado HLS, Intel HLS) - Optimizing designs for performance, power, and area - Developing and maintaining design flows, scripts, and documentation - Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and FPGA technologies To qualify for this role, you should have: - A BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in FPGA digital design - Proficiency in HDLs and HLS tools - Experience with AI frameworks and libraries - Strong understanding of digital circuit design principles and computer architecture - Familiarity with FPGA development tools Preferred qualifications include experience with AI Accelerator design, knowledge of FPGA-based AI frameworks, and familiarity with high-speed interfaces. Additionally, experience with Xilinx or Intel FPGAs, knowledge of AI applications, and familiarity with DevOps practices and version control systems are considered nice-to-have.
