Description
You will lead the reporting and analysis team, ensuring service delivery across various business units and divisions. As a subject matter expert, you will support senior stakeholders and team members. Managing the team, you will cultivate a best-in-class service delivery mindset among emerging leaders and provide supervision and mentorship to frontline supervisors. Your role will involve retaining critical resources, identifying and onboarding top talent, and collaborating with Financial Product Teams, Technology Teams, and Internal Financial Control teams. Promoting innovation, experimentation, and transformation, you will stay informed about industry technology and process changes, adopting an external perspective. Leading and mentoring senior team members, you will foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving while working closely with Technology Teams, Data and Analytics Teams, and other functions to align technology and process roadmaps. You will drive efficiencies, cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, and seek innovative solutions, embracing and promoting Principle-based Management Leadership. Qualifications Required: - Possess a master's degree in finance and accounting - Have 10-13 years of experience in financial reporting and planning - Have 6-8 years of experience in Team management - Possess a solid understanding of ERP systems and data flow processes - Ability to navigate and integrate multiple data sets into cohesive presentations and actionable recommendations - Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Exhibit problem-solving skills and a proactive approach - Experience working in an Agile environment As a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management, and anything else the businesses need.
