FP&A COE - Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager in FP&A COE, you will play a crucial role in leading the operations to drive standardization, automation, and best practices across business units. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing financial planning cycles such as annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range plans. - Consolidating and analyzing global financial results to ensure accuracy and alignment with corporate strategy. - Providing decision support through variance analysis, trend insights, and performance dashboards. - Partnering with Business Finance, Controllership, and Corporate FP&A teams for consistent reporting frameworks. - Establishing CoE governance and process frameworks to support scalability and efficiency. - Driving transformation initiatives including automation (Power BI, Anaplan, Hyperion, etc.) and predictive analytics for improved planning accuracy. - Supporting leadership reviews and board presentations with high-quality reporting and commentary. - Mentoring and developing a high-performing FP&A team to foster analytical and business partnering capabilities. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and scenario planning. - Hands-on experience in COE setup, transitions, or shared services model for FP&A.
