Job Description

You will be responsible for Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining and setting up master data elements critical to FP&A planning processes. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including product development, project management, and operational delivery methodologies such as DevOps. Your role will involve leading the sustain assurance process for the PPM product estate, including project & squad management, scheduling, costing, communication, change management, and governance. You will also drive the adoption of the Sustain Assurance Methodology to ensure products meet customer expectations and technology performance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the sustain assurance process for the PPM product estate - Own and maintain the Sustain Playbook - Drive the adoption of the Sustain Assurance Methodology - Coach cross-functional teams to establish key conformance metrics - Manage, guide, and develop the Digital Product Sustain analyst - Provide leadership in the FBT and PPM as a subject matter expert - Manage governance forums effectively with stakeholders of all levels - Define and implement an assurance reporting framework - Collaborate with Finance teams and Technology for system support - Partner with business SME on executing delivery towards a product sustain state - Lead stakeholders through end-to-end quality assurance processes Qualifications Required: - Business/Finance Degree level or equivalent - 8+ years of experience in a similar business area or industry - ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent financial qualifications - Lean Six Sigma qualification (or equivalent) - Certified scrum master (CSM) - Degree level or equivalent in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to have experience in working as a scrum master and project delivery lead. You should be a determined and resilient individual who can proactively solve issues and challenges to achieve delivery. Your ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and lead in a global multi-cultural environment will be crucial for success in this role.,
