Job Description

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems.

You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Perform financial analysis against plan and forecast, manage monthend closing activities, and prepare MIS reports for respective business functions.
Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries/ functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance. Analysis of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause.
Conduct cost/benefit analysis, inventory and NWC reviews, and prepare adhoc reports to support business needs.
Support financial reporting, business planning, forecasting, and audits while ensuring accuracy of data through reconciliations and exception reviews.
Implement process improvements and controls, develop automated solutions, maintain audit trails and SOPs, and drive standardization across units.
Optimize own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements. Identify areas for process / report standardization across different countries, divisions and business units.

Qualifications for the role

Up to 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Qualified degree in CMA, or MBA.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a thorough, detailoriented approach.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Handson experience in SAP FICO modules (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different countries.
