About the Role As the Operations Manager at Fouroz, you will be the backbone of the business, ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs like a well-oiled machine. As a Product Operations Manager at Fouroz, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination between creative design and flawless production processes. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold the high standards of quality, fabric selection, and unique flair that define Fouroz as a standout streetwear brand. In this dynamic and hybrid role, you will be at the forefront of fabric and trim sourcing, working to identify trend-forward materials suitable for contemporary streetwear silhouettes. You will oversee the creation of a comprehensive fabric library across various categories and stay informed about mill trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities to maintain Fouroz's reputation for quality and creativity. Collaborating closely with design and tech pack teams, you will manage the sampling and vendor coordination processes, ensuring that each piece reflects the brand's vision from concept to production. Your role will involve liaising with factories, tailors, and vendors to guarantee timely delivery and impeccable quality while suggesting practical alterations that align with the brand's aesthetic. As a key player in production operations, you will be responsible for coordinating timelines, managing order sheets, bills of material, and production trackers to facilitate a smooth and efficient production process.
