E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE POSITION Responsibilities: Understanding the client and their business from a holistic perspective. Take complete ownership for a portfolio of client accounts. Manage clients’ account end to end, including developing channel strategy, defining targeting, listing, cataloguing, setting up campaigns, measuring performance, reviews, account health and day- to-day operations and deriving insights, in collaboration with client team. Tracking and driving the progress of various activities to ensure timely delivery Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis Onboard clients on multiple marketplaces by liaising with category managers at respective marketplaces Co-ordination with various Marketplaces for solving queries and issues regarding the accounts Reviewing every account in the portfolio in complete detail to understand the current level of performance and remove any bottleneck. Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel Proactive, team player with good co-ordination and networking capabilities Good verbal and written communication skills and typing speed in English Self-motivated with passion for e-commerce Aggressive and action-oriented approach. We’re looking for a results‑driven Social Media & Amazon Ads Manager to own two critical growth levers: (1) planning, launching, and optimizing Amazon US advertising and (2) building and executing our social media content calendar. You’ll balance analytical rigor with creative storytelling, turning insights into revenue and engagement. What You’ll DoAmazon Advertising (US Marketplace) Own day‑to‑day management of Amazon Ads: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display (DSP a plus). Structure and optimize campaigns (keywords/audiences, bids, budgets, placement modifiers, negative keywords). Conduct keyword research, harvest search terms, and run ongoing A/B tests (ad copy, creative, landing). Monitor and improve core metrics: ACOS/TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and incremental sales. Build event plans for Prime Day, Cyber Week, Q4 holidays, and seasonal pushes. Partner with eCom to ensure retail readiness (in‑stock, pricing, reviews), Store updates, and A+ content alignment. Produce weekly dashboards and monthly deep‑dives with clear actions and forecasts. Social Media Strategy & Execution Own the 90‑day content calendar across [Instagram / TikTok / Facebook / YouTube / LinkedIn — choose your mix]. Turn brand pillars and product launches into channel‑specific posts, captions, hooks, and CTAs. Brief and collaborate with design/video on assets; schedule and publish via [Hootsuite/Sprout/Buffer/Later]. Manage community: replies, DMs, social listening, and basic crisis routing. Run experiments (Reels/TikTok hooks, UGC, creator whitelisting, social commerce) and report learnings. Align social with Amazon (e.g., drive to Amazon Store/ASINs, use Amazon Attribution where relevant). What Success Looks Like (First 90–120 Days)Amazon: Clean campaign structure, ACOS/TACOS trending down, ROAS up, clear keyword/audience roadmap. Social: Calendar shipped on time, engagement rate and reach trending up, consistent brand voice and cadence. Reporting: Crisp weekly snapshots and a monthly narrative with insights → actions → outcomes. What You’ll Bring 2–4+ years managing Amazon US ads hands‑on (Ads Console; DSP nice to have). Demonstrated wins improving ACOS/ROAS on meaningful monthly spend. Experience executing a multi‑channel social content calendar with measurable growth. Strong copy skills and understanding of short‑form video best practices. Comfort with data: pulling, cleaning, and translating into decisions (Excel/Sheets; Looker/Power BI a plus). Tools familiarity: Amazon Ads Console, Brand Analytics, Attribution; and Hootsuite/Sprout/Buffer/Later. Organized, deadline‑reliable, and excellent communicator across creative and performance teams.
