We’re hiring a Founding Web Developer at Hirebuddy We’re changing how hiring works at Hirebuddy and are looking to hire our first external team member! This will be an internship at first, with an opportunity of converting to a full-time role. About us: We’re a super strong team, we’re growing month on month, we're making money, and we’re profitable. This is an early-stage startup - things move fast, priorities shift, and you'll need to adapt quickly. This role will be demanding and sometimes hectic. We need someone who gets work done. We’re not just looking for a developer : we’re looking for a builder. Someone who can take a product idea from scratch, shape its experience, design with users in mind, and write code that actually ships. Who we want: • You have a strong foundation in web development — front-end, back-end, architecture — all of it. • You’re also serious about UI/UX — you care about how things look, feel, and function for real users. • You don’t just “do tasks” — you think like a product owner. You ask why, challenge assumptions, and think about the bigger picture. • You’re interested in AI and agentic systems, and want to be part of the next wave. • You have a builder’s mindset and an entrepreneurial itch — you’re not here to clock in and out, you’re here to make something meaningful.
