Role : Founder’s Office Location : Bangalore (On-premise) Role Overview As a key member of the Founder’s Office, you’ll work closely with the founder and leadership to drive strategic initiatives, optimise operations, and execute the company’s vision. This high-impact, cross-functional role demands strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to transform ideas into action and align the organisation. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution: Support strategic planning, set KPIs, drive special projects, and analyse business metrics for actionable insights. Operations: Optimize workflows, manage the founder’s calendar, and maintain reporting systems. Collaboration: Facilitate cross-team communication and gather insights to inform decisions. Stakeholder Management: Support investor relations and represent the founder in meetings. Culture: Reinforce company values, assist in hiring, and foster team alignment. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years in consulting, operations, or similar analytical roles (startup experience a plus). Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
