About the Role This isn’t your typical role. As part of the Founder’s Office at BeFiSc, you’ll be the go-to person for driving high-impact initiatives — from unlocking strategic partnerships and streamlining sales operations to coordinating legal closures and prepping investor materials. You'll work directly with the founder and leadership team, operating at the heart of BeFiSc’s decision-making engine. What You’ll Work On Product Discovery & Research Identify new product opportunities through structured market and user research. Support go-to-market planning and strategic analysis. Sales & Growth Analytics Monitor key sales metrics and team performance. Analyze pipeline health, conversion trends, and growth levers. Legal–Sales Coordination Act as the bridge between the sales and legal teams. Ensure smooth, timely execution of client contracts and SLAs. Cross-Functional Strategy Execution Contribute to strategic planning across sales, marketing, and growth. Drive initiatives from conception to execution across teams. Partnership & Reseller Management Lead and manage external vendor and reseller partnerships. Own end-to-end relationship management, from onboarding to growth. Founder’s Commercial Pipeline Support high-priority prospects and key accounts — from demos and emails to closure. Represent the founder’s office in external interactions when required. Investor Communication Assist in crafting investor decks, performance updates, and business narratives. Maintain accurate, up-to-date investor documentation. What We’re Looking For Exceptional Communication: Clear, crisp, and confident — both written and spoken. Academic Excellence: Graduate from a top-tier college or university is a must. 2–3 Years of Experience: Ideally in startups, founder’s office, or client-facing strategic roles. Fintech Acumen: Background in Regtech or BFSI is highly preferred. Tech-First Mindset: Comfortable with the latest tools, analytics, dashboards, and modern workflows. Bias for Action: Self-starter who takes ownership and executes with urgency. Deadline-Driven: You deliver consistently, even when things move fast. High Hustle, Collaborative Attitude: Open to feedback, always learning, and willing to go the extra mile. Flexibility First: This is not a fixed-schedule role — adaptability is essential.
