This is not just a network. It's a movement. The Role Join our founding team as a strategic operator who will drive growth across outreach, events, membership, product, content, and partnerships. You'll work directly with founders to build the operational backbone of India's most influential HR leadership ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Outreach & Business Development Identify and engage C-suite executives for network membership Execute multi-channel outreach strategies and optimize conversion funnels Events & Roundtables Plan and execute invitation-only summits, roundtables, and AI showcases Manage end-to-end event logistics and ensure actionable outcomes Membership Operations Oversee application, vetting, onboarding, and retention processes Facilitate member connections through private channels Product Development Support CORTEX platform development and feature prioritization Gather user feedback and coordinate with technical teams Content Strategy Develop thought leadership content and implementation playbooks Manage content calendar and ensure brand consistency Strategic Partnerships Identify partnership opportunities with AI vendors and HR tech companies Manage partner relationships and coordinate joint initiatives What You Bring Must-Haves: 3-5 years in business operations, strategy consulting, or similar roles Experience working with C-suite executives or enterprise clients Strong project management and relationship-building skills Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration Nice-to-Haves: MBA or equivalent advanced degree Background in HR tech, future of work, or AI industries Prior community/network management experience What We Offer Direct exposure to India's most influential business leaders High-impact role with significant autonomy and ownership Competitive compensation with equity participation Professional development and flexible working arrangements Ready to shape what's next?
