This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who is smart, resourceful, and ready to take on diverse challenges. You’ll work directly with the founders, tackling strategic and operational projects across functions- no two days will be the same! Role & Responsibilities Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives, research, and special projects. Drive cross-functional execution-coordinate between product, engineering, customer success and HR. Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support business development efforts. Manage key projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Handle confidential information and sensitive topics with discretion. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to help the company scale efficiently. Take ownership of new tasks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate from institutes like IIT, IIM, ISB, NIT, BITS, SRCC, St. Stephen’s, etc. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit-excited to work in an early-stage startup and take on new challenges. Quick learner, self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguity. 2-3 years of prior experience in consulting, startups, or high-growth environments.
